Intensive Course Description: Learn the science of Ayurvedic History Taking . Practice the skills of Physical Observation and Examination. Understand how to evaluate mind-body constitution (Prakruti) & Imbalance (Vikruti). Learn how to design individualised Ayurvedic treatment plans consisting of customized natural diet plans, healing herbal and nutritional supplements, detoxification by the Pancha Karma cleansing therapy, Rasayana rejuvenation therapy, Ayurvedic daily and seasonal routines for disease prevention. The course includes detailed theoretical and practical training in Pancha Karma detoxification therapies. With the help of learning aids like, handouts, slides, videos, and by participating in experiental exercises, understand how to integrate Ayurvedic principles/practices in various treatment plans.
